Today I went with Carter's Kindergarten class on a field trip to Police Point Park. Everything is all brown and crunchy.......waiting for more sun so it can all turn green! The kids first went for a short nature walk, listening to birds and looking for any sign of Spring. Carter was a bit confused and asked where the park was?!? (Had to explain that there was no 'playground' there!)

Carter was unable to sit on the floor (the reasoning has a story all to its own!!), so he sat up in a chair. He looked like the little ruler of his class.
Of course the highlight of the trip was to see the bunnies and the baby chicks.

I agree Carter, you need some swings and a slide at the park! Looks like you had fun anyway!
Looks like it was a bit chilly at the park still...definitely need more sun!
Now you HAVE to tell the story of why Carter is in the chair. What's up with that??
