Logan has been back at school now for two days after having a week off. He loves school! Hopefully this enthusiasum continues for the next 15 years or so. He had a fieldtrip to a dentist's office today. He was all excited, telling me that they had tv's in the ceiling so you can watch while laying in the chair, tv's in the waiting room and the chair goes up and down. I thought this would be a perferct time to ask him if he wanted to go and get his teeth cleaned and get them checked out by the dentist; his responce - NO!Oh well, mom knows best! He'll be going soon.

Carter on the other hand....this kid cracked me up today. He came into my bathroom and saw me putting on makeup. He then asked me where is ghost costume was that he wore at Halloween! I told him that girls sometimes wear makeup all the time, not just at Halloween. His responce - 'That's strange!' He wrinkled his nose and off he went!

Wow! The week is almost over. Time flies when you're having fun. Last Saturday it snowed and snowed, so the boys went out to shovel and got side tracked with making a snow man. Here is the cute little devil. The nose of course is a carrot and then the eyes are pecans! I didn't have any buttons or coal handy.

Here are the little monkeys admiring their work. Also if you look you'll see that the house has a few snow balls thrown at it. They were trying to get me, watching form inside.

This morning Carter still had to go to playschool so Logan and I had the morning to ourselves. I asked him the other day what he thought we should do....he answered with, ' we could play monopoly or something like that'. I then told him that we should do something outside of the house. So his responce then was to go bowling, so that is what we did. We played three games total; I won the first game, he beat me the second game and then I won the third. The little bugger is getting to be a good little bowler! For the little kids, they have these 'bumper' rails that keeps the ball from going in to the gutter. He got about 4 spares and one stirke today! Logan becomes really proud of himself when his score gets over 100. Our last game, he got 144! We also had a bit of an audience, he's pretty darn cute out there, kicking his leg out to the side as to motion the pin to fall down. Good times.
We ended our morning with going to McDonalds for a 'happy meal with a toy and apples'. That is Logan's orded when ever we go. (We picked one up for Carter too!) I then got a 'thanks mom, you're the best mom ever!' That makes it all worth while.

Happy Valentine's Day!

The boys had a good day! These are a couple pictures I took of them. Carter had a little party at playschool and made his goodies - iced a cookie & a cupcake, and then made a bracelet with licorice and fruit loops.

They both got a folder full of Valentine's from all their friends. It is almost getting as bad as Halloween with all the suckers and chocolate they get as well.

Logan takes such a good picture these days!
Hope you all had a great day and were spoiled just a little bit from the one you love.

Today was really cold outside. We needed to do something so we had a Terrill boy hair cutting day. This is a picture of my handsome boys afterwards. Carter told me that they were 'sexy beasts'. I think daddy helped him with that one. (I have no idea why this is underlined!!)

I also took my ring in that I won to get sized today and the lady showed me all the info on it. It is worth $1400!! All the diamonds add up to one carat and it is 14K gold. She was telling me that it is one of their most popular rings. I felt kinda special, the lady that was helping me went around and told everyone that was working that I won it at the dinner. I should have it by Valentine's Day. I wonder if I have to pay for the sizing?
Mark is going to be taking Logan to the Tiger's hockey game tonight with Ryan and Evan. I think they should have fun. It will be a late night for Logan but hopefully he'll sleep in in the morning!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Calgary for a bodytalk access course. When I got home I started doing some treatments on Carter and Mark. Logan isn't sure he wants me doing it to him yet. Part of the technique is that you have to tap on the top of the head and then on the chest. Carter picked up on this right away. On Sunday we had a lazy day and just sat around. Carter thought that maybe I wasn't feeling well and so he asked how I was feeling. I told him that I was fine. He didn't believe me so he thought he would help. He asked me to close my eyes and he then started tapping my head and then my chest! Very cute. I was a very proud mommy. I got myself a little health care provider!

Mark and I actually went to Lethbridge yesturday for some bodytalk treatments. Since we had to leave by 6:45am, we had our day home ladies kid sleep over so he could get the kids ready for school and then the day home lady would swing by and get them off to school. It all worked well! Logan thought since a babysitter was coming over, mommy and daddy were going to the Blue Turtle. That happens to be a bar here! We kinda chuckled when we were leaving town and drove past the Blue Turtle. We have only been there once and it was for my Christmas party with work 2 years ago. That kid remembers things that I forget about.

I won!!

Last night was my ladies night out. The planned activity was to go to a 'Diamond Dinner'. The kinnettes here in Medicine Hat are the hostesses and put on the evening and all proceeds go towards breast cancer. They have a silent aution, bucket draws, 50/50 and a surprise draw. The entertainment was a hypnotist and the band Mahoney. Pretty funny stuff. The ladies that were hypnotised at one point had to act as though they were 5 years old and were at Dinsneyland. The guy took them throughout the audience and pointed out certain characters. Well I just happened to get picked to be Minnie Mouse. I had 10 very excited 5 year old hugging me and rubbing my ears. The rest of the night seemed to drag a bit but we had our own fun at our table. At the end of the night they draw for the diamond prizes. They had a necklace, bracelet, earrings, and two rings. We were all just waiting to leave, since it was 12:45am, and I heard them try to pronouce my last name. I had won the Grand prize of a ring! YIPPY! I need to get it sized and when I do take it in I'll find out how much it is worth. Take a look.
